Plus, the abundance of walking routes led us to unforgettable wildlife encounters. the attention to detail in the cozy rooms was spot on.

While drinks were relegated to the dining room, having in-room facilities for my morning cuppa would have been a dream. But hey, with such a delightful stay, a short stroll for tea was a minor quirk.

We were greeted with a warm welcome, tea, and delicious homemade cake. the breakfasts were scrumptious, and the bed was super comfy. the separate bedroom with en-suite, sitting room, and dining area provided plenty of space and privacy. the attention to detail and cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable.

We only stayed one night as a stopover, but it was well worth it. Sally was a fantastic host, ensuring our safety and making us feel welcome. The homemade cakes and pot of tea upon arrival were a thoughtful touch. The comfortable bed provided a peaceful night's sleep, and the breakfast with fresh bread and farm-fresh eggs was delicious. The stunning views and beautiful gardens added to the charm. Highly recommended!

Sally, our perfect host, cooked us a variety of delicious breakfast options and was always there to help us with local information and the best walks in the area. the property had stunning views and the gardens were absolutely amazing. the accommodation itself was exceptional - super clean, homely, and beautifully presented. We had a spacious private dining area and lounge, and the bed was so comfy with crisp, clean bedding. We can't wait to stay at this wonderful place again!
