I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The room was pristine and the bathroom was huge with an excellent shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. The location was perfect, with easy access to Old Bend and plenty of delicious brewpubs and eateries nearby. I also appreciated the modern amenities, including the gym and bike storage room, which was a big plus for my mountain biking trip. The staff were professional and courteous, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, even driving us to the hotel when we got lost.

As avid mountain bikers, we chose Best Western Premier for its fantastic bike storage room and convenient hose for washing off our bikes. The room was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, checking us in early and providing an extra bar of soap. The modern decor and vibrant atmosphere added to the enjoyable vibe of our stay. Mo at the front desk was an absolute delight, making our experience even more memorable. 10/10, we'll definitely be back.

Cleanest hotel in Bend- seriously. The housekeeping crew deserves kudos. Treats at check-in and vanity items were appreciated. Great location, comfy bed, good-sized TV with cable and movies. Beautiful views of the mountains from our room.

We didn't like that we were placed in a hearing-impaired room, which was noisy at night. There was a loud crash every 4-5 minutes from an adjacent machine.

For the value we received for our money, the room at Hotel Peppertree Bend, BW Premier Collection was outstanding. The spacious and beautiful rooms, along with the fantastic shower and comfortable bed, made for a truly satisfying stay. Furthermore, the location was perfect - away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet easy to access. The staff treated us phenomenally, especially Mo at the front desk, who had an infectious personality and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by offering a greater variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary restrictions.

The free coffee and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. the location was perfect - close to shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the bike rental option, which saved us money on transportation.

The room wasn't very clean upon arrival. the sheets had stains and there were crumbs all over the floor.
