This place is amazing! The location is perfect, just outside the city center and within walking distance of the city center. The Glider bus stop into the city is also close by. The service and housekeeping here are top-notch, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable bed, and a nice sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during my downtime. this place exceeded my expectations!

Despite a slight issue with noise from the road, the overall experience was great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is located in East Belfast, just a short bus journey or walk from the city center. The waterfront is within walking distance, and I was able to park my car for free right outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The smart TV and large shower in the room were a nice touch. The breakfast spread was extensive, including ham, cheese, eggs, toast, cereals. The staff, particularly Ruth and Lorraine, were friendly and helpful. a highly recommended hotel for its convenient location and excellent facilities.

Convenient location, 20 min walk to center, bus station nearby. Well-equipped room with toiletries, mini fridge, kettle, and tea tray. Room cleaned daily and shared kitchen available for cooking. 10/10! Breakfast provided with variety of choices. Friendly staff and lovely back-garden for sunny days. A homey stay.

While there were a few positive aspects worth mentioning, they were unfortunately overshadowed by the negative experiences we had.

There were several major drawbacks during our stay. The check-in process was a complete mess, as we were left waiting outside in the rain without any prior instructions or contact from the hotel.
