Craig, the host, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. the location was perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the nearby landmarks, such as Exmouth Model Railway and Orcombe Point. Beach access and a garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere for family bonding. Despite some minor breakfast seating inconveniences, my overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this B&B for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Exmouth.
