We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was set in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with a great array of pubs and restaurants in the area. The hotel's service was top notch, with a range of amenities available in-room, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the hotel was doing its best to provide a high standard of service to its guests.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable get-away.

The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags and providing tea and a plug at no charge. The location was great and the receptionist went the extra mile to accommodate an early check-in for our important event at Buckingham Palace.

We got great value for our money at Tophams Hotel. The room was perfect, spacious and clean, with a separate bath and shower. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll away from the train station and Apollo Theatre. The staff treated us well and even refunded some money for the initial room trouble.

The morning meal could have had a bit more variety.

I recently stayed at Tophams Hotel for a business trip and was delighted with my experience. The staff, including Hotel Manager Jane, restaurant hostess Madalina, and bartender Italo, were all wonderful and made me feel at home. The hotel was clean and my room was spacious, with a large bathroom. The newly renovated restaurant offered a great breakfast selection, and I especially enjoyed the excellent decaf coffee. The location, only 3 blocks from Victoria Station, was perfect for getting around London.

This hotel's location is superb as it is near to both a tube station and a coach station, making it easy to get around the city. It is also very close to a famous palace and Victoria railway station. The room is clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities including comfy beds, soft linens, and towels. The staff is excellent and friendly, delivering a great service. They serve a delicious breakfast with a range of options to suit different tastes. The view from the hotel is fantastic, giving you a glimpse of the city's skyline.

The hotel's bar was closed during my stay which was a bit disappointing.

The free breakfast was decent and the complementary Wi-Fi was a plus. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

The room was not up to par. the walls were extremely thin, making it impossible to get a good night's rest.
