We had a fantastic stay at this inn in a slightly quirky stable block. The room was spacious and filled with rustic character. The bar was cozy and had a wood-burning stove. The staff, especially the young guy, were friendly and helpful. The evening meal was excellent, and breakfast was served at the table with a good choice. The location is amazing, with the hotel situated near the river and surrounded by hills. Plenty of outside tables were available for nice days.

Nevertheless, we can't wait to go back again in December.

Our room at the back of the inn was clean and lovely, with a veranda and a stunning view of the surrounding hills. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the resident lounge with the large open fireplace was cozy and inviting. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of wines, and breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the area on foot and visiting local attractions. Plenty of parking was available.

Next time, I would definitely book one of the traditional rooms, as I've stayed in them before and found them to be more to my liking. a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend.
