We had to constantly ask for extra blankets to keep warm. we found the mattress to be a bit uncomfortable and could feel the springs underneath.

an alarm went off in the early hours of the morning, disrupting our sleep. It would have been better if the cleaning staff had checked and turned off the alarm.

The coach house room with a double shower and starry window was pure luxury. a beautifully restored manor in a delightful location with top-notch service and amenities. Stayed over the Christmas period and had a fantastic time! the room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast and evening meals offered a good variety of choices, and the food was delicious. the location was perfect, with stunning surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. One more thing we loved was the outdoor terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the scenery.

One minor issue was that the walking distance to the town center was longer than expected, so it took us a bit longer to get there. However, it wasn't a major inconvenience.
