The staff at reception were wonderful and helpful, especially Elena. The breakfast room staff were superb and always welcoming. The facilities were newly refurbished and neat. The location was excellent for access to the ferry port and other locations in Venice. The family suite was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The neighborhood of Dorsoduro was a nice area away from the tourist crowds.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, situated along the canal and within walking distance of the marina. It was conveniently next to the water taxis which was great for sightseeing. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. The room had all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. There was also a bar/lounge area and a snack bar.

The rooms at Palazzo Veneziano are just stunning. I felt like royalty with the romantic views of the lagoon, and the modern comforts made me never want to leave the room. The en suite spa with sauna and hot tub was pure luxury.

The only thing I liked less was that not all rooms offer views of the canal, but that's just me.

This hotel is located near the impressive San Pantalon church and has two nearby boat stops that make it easy to explore the city. It is a short walk away from the bustling city center, yet it is located in a quieter waterfront area. The room was beautifully designed and had modern amenities, including an excellent bathroom and great service. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh baked goods and fruit, and the staff was very accommodating.

There was some building noise nearby during my stay.

The hotel had a great location near the marina and beautiful views of the canal from the rooms with the outside jacuzzi bath. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast offered everything one could wish for.

We had an amazing time during our city break here. The location was perfect and made getting around super easy. We also loved the fact that the hotel staff organised Champagne for us on arrival and a private boat transfer - such wonderful complimentary touches! Our room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom was modern and the jacuzzi was a real treat.

The courtyard seating wasn't very practical and ended up being unusable due to the wet weather. We also encountered some plumbing noise from the room above, which was slightly annoying.

The location was in a quieter part of town with fewer cafes, restaurants, and nightlife spots compared to other areas of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Veneziano. The family room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, providing plenty of space for me, my husband, and our daughter. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere. While it is a bit of a walk to the main attractions of Venice, we actually enjoyed being away from the overly touristy areas. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Veneziano! The value for money was great, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is simply gorgeous and the location, while a bit of a walk from the main attractions, provided a peaceful and non-touristy experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to stay here again in the future.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a better variety of options.

We had an upgraded room with a beautiful bathtub. Unfortunately, I fell in the shower due to the slippery floor. The staff quickly provided me with ice, and a mat was later offered. The location was great for walking to tourist attractions. The breakfast was fresh with good choices. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
