The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very close to a lovely beach. We enjoyed spending our days at Porth beach, which quickly became our favorite. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and all the necessary amenities. The service provided by Julie, the hostess, was outstanding. She was friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable local information. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and the free onsite parking was a convenient bonus.

The mattress in the room was a bit too soft for our liking.

the room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. the hosts, Julie and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfasts were delicious and freshly made, with plenty of variety to choose from. the location of the guest house was perfect, only a short walk away from the beach, bars, and restaurants. I especially appreciated the private access to the side entrance, which gave me a sense of privacy and convenience. it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be returning when I visit Newquay again.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, with attention to every detail. I was impressed with the amenities, including a fridge and en-suite facilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided useful information on the local area. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit and a selection of coffees. The hotel's location near the beach and town centre was perfect for exploring.

We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of amenities provided, such as the TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, and iPod dock. Additionally, the friendly and helpful nature of Julie and her husband made our stay even more enjoyable. The guest house also boasted a convenient location, just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches, bars, and restaurants.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from the mini fridge and the lack of temperature control in the room, these were far outweighed by the positive aspects of our stay. we highly recommend Tregarthen – Adult Only to anyone looking for a fantastic and comfortable stay in Newquay.

There was really nothing to dislike about our stay at this hotel. If I had to choose something, it would be the fact that our time there was too short.
