The approach road to the hotel can be narrow, but it is a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience.

The hosts at this guest house were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the cooked breakfast that they served us was absolutely scrumptious. It was the perfect way to start the day. the location of the property was very convenient. It was just a short walk to the town center with its charming harbour, shops, and restaurants. the Cornish coast path and the Lost Gardens of Heligan were also easily accessible from the guest house.

One thing to note about this guest house is that there is a fairly steep hill down into the town. While it wasn't a problem for us, it might not be suitable for everyone, especially those with mobility issues.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, and I especially liked having my own key for my lovely room. the location was also great, with the central area of bars and restaurants just a short walk away.

That my room didn't have an en-suite bathroom, so I had to step across the landing outside the door to use the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient at first, but at least the bathroom was all mine and it was clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house just a short walk down to the harbor. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable with great views. The breakfast was delicious, cooked to order with plenty of choices. We also enjoyed the convenient location for visiting nearby attractions like the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Some drivers were not aware of the all day Cornwall travel pass that was recommended by the owners.

As youngsters, we loved the cozy and clean rooms at Tregorran Guest House. The hosts Gareth and Lara were super friendly and made us feel welcome.
