Felt like home, nothing too much trouble.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with poached eggs cooked to perfection. It was great that they offered a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the nightlife.

The decor felt a bit outdated, reminding me of the 80s. The parking situation was a hassle and ended up costing us an extra £10 a night.

We had a fantastic stay at Shining Diamond Bed & Breakfast! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always responding to our requests quickly. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and despite its older decor, it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent and we highly recommend it. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tower and the beach. The 24-hour car park nearby was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Shining Diamond in Blackpool! The value for our money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we needed right on our doorstep. The staff, Dawn and Steve, were amazing - super family friendly and always there to help with any requests or provide advice on places to go. They made our holiday extra special and memorable.

Stayed here for Christmas with my family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was decent. The rooms were tidy and the beds were comfortable. it was in a pretty convenient location with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Our stay was ruined by the constant noise from other guests. Despite a clear sign indicating that guests should keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm, most of the guests seemed to be partying loudly until the early hours of the morning.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a concert venue and it turned out to be an unexpected pleasure. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering us cups of tea upon our arrival. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great attention to detail. We were even able to charge our phones and straighten our hair simultaneously, thanks to the conveniently located plug in the room. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent, with quality ingredients that were pre-ordered during check-in.

The owners, Dawn & Steve, were warm, welcoming. They went above and beyond when my mum had a panic attack, assisting us and ensuring she received medical attention. Their kindness and care truly stood out. The location near the Tower was convenient, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended and will definitely return on our next visit.

We particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast that was offered, highly recommended. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and with a 24-hour car park nearby, which was very handy. we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

While our stay was enjoyable, the only downside was that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. A mattress topper to soften the hardness would have been greatly appreciated.
