Best aspects of my Xmas stay were the warm and welcoming hostess who provided great local information and the stunning shared bathroom. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable bed and lovely clean decor. The location was fantastic, with shops, pubs, and the beach just a short walk away. I also enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from and a cozy breakfast room.

Worst aspects would be the lack of sound insulation on the stairs, which made it a bit noisy at times. However, this is understandable in a period property.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked brand new, from the rooms to the communal areas. The location was ideal, just minutes away from everything in the city. The host, Tricia, was friendly and welcoming, providing helpful information about the area. I really appreciated the free parking, although spaces were limited. In addition, the self-serve breakfast buffet was a great touch, with a wide selection of teas, filter coffees. this guest house offered excellent value for money and was the perfect choice for my brief stay.
