Lovely B and B with tasteful decor and extra special touches like complimentary homemade cakes upon arrival. Clean with comfortable beds and a short walk to town centre. Excellent breakfast and a beautiful garden for enjoying a brew. Quiet area with respectful guests. Attentive hosts and great attention to detail and comfort.

I gotta say, I got a great deal for my money at this B&B. The room was top-notch, super fresh and clean with all the little extras you could think of. The location was spot on, right by the coast and easy to explore other cool places nearby. The staff, especially Hans, were so welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommending this place!

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement for us vegans. I did mention it before, but the options were quite limited.

Conveniently located near Seahouses with a quieter atmosphere. Room three offers ample space with bright velux windows. Appreciated the mini fridge stocked with fresh milk and reasonable prices. The breakfast selection was superb, especially the smoked salmon and eggs Benedict. Grateful for Hans and Claire's warm hospitality during our relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B in a great location. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The room had top-notch bedding and facilities, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and value. We especially loved the extra touches like the fresh milk in our fridge every morning and the delicious fruit salad at breakfast. we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this B&B.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed my stay at Ugiebrae House. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their wealth of local knowledge helped me discover hidden gems off the beaten track. The room was superb, with a fantastic view of the beautiful garden. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Felt like I was in the comfort of my own home, as I had no complaints whatsoever.
