Our family had a fantastic stay at the Vale Park Hotel. Sharon and Gerald, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location was great and we received lovely added touches during our stay, like Easter eggs for the children and different kinds of eggs cooked by Gerald for breakfast. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the family room was perfect. We felt like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. We can't wait to visit again!

The value for money at Vale Park Hotel was excellent. The room was immaculate, with a super comfy bed and a modern bathroom. The location was convenient for Barry Island, Cardiff, and the airport. The staff, especially Sharon, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a home-like stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and timely replenishment, as we found the cereal dispensers empty and some items missing early in the morning.

The breakfast included croissants, toast, eggs, bacon, beans, and fresh juices. The owners, Sharon and Gerald, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Gerald even helped me with my car and drove me to his mechanic friend for advice. I highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful owners!

Our room exceeded our expectations, meeting all of our needs and impeccably clean. We even arrived a little early, but the receptionist was welcoming and allowed us to check in without any hassle. The owners were informative and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and the lounge bar provided a cozy atmosphere to relax in. a fantastic experience!

As youngsters, we loved the warm and genuine welcome from the owners. They made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The staff were friendly and great with our kids. The breakfast had a wide choice and the curry was fabulous. The rooms were modern and the beds were really comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenient parking.
