It was a charming, clean, and comfortable guesthouse. The owners, Karen and Kevin, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The full-English breakfast was delicious, and they even catered for vegans. The location was great, just around the corner from the main street. Despite a bit of noise, I slept soundly. Special mention to Katy, the adorable black Labrador who made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this lovely guesthouse to everyone.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Clacton that was conveniently located near all the shops and just a short walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the surroundings. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The service provided by the hosts was exceptional, as they ensured that all our needs were met. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

I did find one aspect of the guesthouse that was slightly disappointing. The lack of a proper reading lamp made it difficult for me to read comfortably in bed.

Spending Christmas at the guesthouse was a delightful experience. the rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the beach and close to shops, making it convenient to explore the area.

That our room was situated at the top of the house and it got quite warm, making it difficult to fall asleep. Having the window open helped, but it also made the room noisy due to outside sounds.

While the location was great, the area could be a bit busy and noisy at times, and parking was limited. Nevertheless, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall wonderful experience.

We had an amazing time staying at this guesthouse which was in a prime location. It was so close to the beach that we could easily walk there and enjoy the beautiful views. being right in the heart of town meant that we were just a short stroll away from all the nightlife and entertainment. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic ensuite bathroom. The service provided by the owners, Kevin and Karen, was top-notch and they made us feel right at home. The breakfast served was delicious and catered to all dietary preferences. We also appreciated the little extras like tea, coffee, and biscuits in our room. it was a fantastic experience.

That the room got a bit too hot at times, but the provided fan helped alleviate the issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The best aspects were the excellent beds and the exceptional breakfast. The personal service was top-notch, and everything was very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we come back to the area. The location was perfect, as it was a stone's throw from the beach and pier, and there was free parking just a few hundred yards away. The room was a good size and comfortable.
