I stayed at Victory House for a week while exploring the West End. The room size was surprising, with plenty of space and a lovely bathroom. The location was unbeatable, surrounded by theaters and restaurants, and just a short walk to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery. The staff were welcoming and genuinely interested in ensuring I enjoyed my visit. The turn down service was great, and despite being in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the Handy Phone provided for city use was a cool perk.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was right in the city center. It was very easy to find and close to everything. The service here was impeccable with housekeeping making sure my room was always clean and tidy. They even provided a welcome drink upon arrival and had great room amenities including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved the terrace with amazing outdoor garden furniture and the in-room safe was an added bonus! The soundproofed rooms ensured that I had a peaceful night's sleep and the free toiletries were a nice touch.
