The dinner and breakfast were great, the bar was nice and cheap, and the entertainment was fun. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. The room was exactly what we were expecting. It's close to Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle, with about a 10 minute walk from the centre pier.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space. The hotel is conveniently located right on the seafront, near tram and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with allocated seating for the evening entertainment, so we didn't have to rush our meals to find a good spot. The entertainment itself was top-notch, with talented singers and hilarious comedians providing great shows. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food choices were amazing.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, always going the extra mile. The sea view from the cafe was lovely and the pink gin and lemonade was a great and affordable drink option.
