We had an absolutely stunning stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, Petra and Martin made us feel so welcome and were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with everything spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location was idyllic, surrounded by beautiful countryside and offering peaceful surroundings. We also enjoyed the convenience of having our own private driveway and garden. The breakfast provided was truly amazing, with a wide selection of delicious food including a wonderful fruit salad, choice of cereals, and a cafetiere of excellent coffee. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, exceeding all our expectations.

While the surroundings and peacefulness of Villa Farm Cottage more than made up for it, we would have liked to have had more dining options within walking distance. However, Petra provided a menu for a local pub in the next village and guided us to the nearest shops, so it was not a major inconvenience.

The highlight was definitely the delicious and hearty Lincolnshire breakfasts, which kept me fueled for the day. The well-equipped kitchenette was a great added bonus for preparing my own meals. The folder of local information provided useful recommendations for pubs, walks, and attractions. The views from my upstairs studio were breathtaking, with uninterrupted vistas of fields, the Humber Bridge, and stunning sunsets. Truly a hidden gem!
