Breakfast service could be improved.

The value for money at the Vine was excellent, with a nice, clean and fresh smelling room. The hotel's location was spot-on, right in the town center and close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease immediately.

The morning meal could have been improved. It would have been great if the breakfast staff could have been more friendly and attentive, and if they had provided saucers and teaspoons without me having to ask.

During my recent stay at Vine hotel, I was delighted with its prime location in the heart of the town. Being within walking distance of shops, parks, and train stations made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. However, it is worth noting that the adjacent pub's loud and rowdy guests could be disturbing, especially for families with children staying in the front-facing rooms.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a loose toilet seat and some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, they were promptly reported to the staff, who assured us that the necessary actions would be taken. These minor inconveniences, however, did not significantly affect our overall enjoyment of the traditional hotel.

The hotel had a perfect location for walking into the city center, making shopping and exploring very convenient. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, providing a comfy and cosy atmosphere. The staff, from check-in to the bar and breakfast, were extremely pleasant and helpful. They even went above and beyond to cater to my vegan dietary needs, bringing me soya milk for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to returning.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring Stafford. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we were impressed with the attention to detail, such as the fresh cool air in our room and the central heating. The shower in the en-suite was fantastic, and we appreciated the option of having three beds in our room.

Although there were a few minor issues, overall everything was ok.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to both the railway station and the theater that we were visiting that evening. It is also conveniently near everything, including the town center. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views from the window. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the bar had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a drink.

There were some maintenance issues in the room such as a broken sash cord and a curtain that kept coming off its track.
