I couldn't believe the value for money at Vintry & Mercer! The room was beautifully decorated and had a luxurious feel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the river and the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The menu for breakfast could have had more options. It would have been nice to see a small buffet with a variety of breakfast juices, cereals, and toast.

The level of customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooftop restaurant provided a fantastic dining experience and the breakfast room offered delicious meals. The attention to detail in the hotel's design was impressive, and the rooftop terrace was a hidden gem. My room was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary soft drinks in the room. Vintry & Mercer truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to stay here again when I'm back in town!

This hotel is located in a great area that is close to everything you need. It's in a quiet little street but also very close to the tube station, making transportation around the city effortless. The hotel offers fantastic service from the welcoming staff and the facilities are some of the best available. The clean, comfortable rooms come equipped with an amazing rain shower, and the rooftop bar provides stunning views of the city.

Although this hotel provides excellent service, there is one small negative to be aware of. The hotel is near a church that sometimes rings its bell, which might be bothersome to some guests.

Very friendly staff at door, front desk, and on rooftop terrace bar. Room felt brand new and was spotlessly clean with plenty of amenities. Big and comfortable bed, excellent shower, high-tech lighting, and underfloor heating in bathroom. Good temperature in room. Beautiful rooftop terrace with nice cocktails. The location was perfect for everything, minutes away from St Paul's Cathedral and the subway. The decor in the main areas and rooms was decadent and plush. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The food and drinks were of fine dining quality. an absolute delight to stay here.

Our room was small but modern and comfortable, with an amazing bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even giving us complimentary treats. The rooftop restaurant had a fantastic view, although the food was a bit below average. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and wonderful hospitality.

Had an egg-cellent Easter weekend at this hotel with my partner! Loved the attention to detail in the room, and the complementary chocolates and Easter eggs were a lovely touch! Was in a great location, near the river and lots of cute cafes and restaurants. Also loved the terrace bar with stunning views, and the fact that breakfast in bed was an option. Oh, and the bathroom toiletries were super fancy and smelled amazing!

Had one hiccup during our stay when we got stuck in the lift for an hour - not a great experience! the night staff didn't handle it too well, and we didn't receive any compensation or apology afterwards.

The location was ideal, tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was well-designed and spacious. Complimentary soft drinks were a pleasant bonus. it was an excellent value for a 5-star hotel.
