Unfortunately, the noise from the stairwell was unbearable, especially at night. The room service never came to clean our room during our entire stay, leaving us without fresh towels and a full trash bin. I also noticed that the breakfast options were limited and not worth the extra cost.

The room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. There's a private bathroom with great shower pressure and good toiletries. Loved the spacious layout and the comfy sofa bed. The fitness center had everything I needed for a solid workout. Plus, the location is walkable to downtown attractions.

the only thing that could be better is having a covered unloading area, especially in the rain.
