We loved staying at this place! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect - easily accessible and close to many attractions. We enjoyed their shuttle service and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We definitely recommend this hotel to all!

The staff at this hotel were absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, despite being understaffed during a very busy weekend. They always had smiles on their faces and did their best to accommodate all our needs. the breakfast options were plentiful, with a full Scottish breakfast and a delicious continental spread with cheese and meats. the staff were cheerful and helpful, making our mornings even better. the hotel itself was very clean and modern, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few minor glitches that could easily be solved. For example, the lovely waiting staff just needed a little more training on not bringing porridge and cooked eggs at the same time, as it resulted in the eggs becoming cold before eating.

The staff offer excellent service and the rooms are clean and well-furnished, with complimentary tea and coffee.
