I stayed in a Junior Suite with a Turkish bath, which was such a treat after long sightseeing days. The steam room was better than I expected, and having spa facilities right in the room felt super luxurious. The bathroom was lovely but the toiletries didn’t have convenient shelving. Overall, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean – definitely a great upgrade!

Our room was a Junior Suite with a Turkish bath , and trust me , after a long day of walking around , that steam room was like heaven. The staff were incredibly helpful , giving us the lowdown on the best places to eat and even arranged a tour for us – felt like we had our own personal concierge.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Their dedication made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the poor room's temperature control made our nights uncomfortable, disrupting our sleep. Also, the elevator was time-consuming and cramped, which was frustrating, especially with luggage.

We had an awesome group vacation with friends. The hotel was in a great spot, and the staff were super friendly. They arranged tours for us, which made exploring easy. We visited The Opera House and enjoyed the amazing shows. Plus, the breakfast served at the hotel was a nice perk. Highly recommend eating at the Cotto restaurant nearby for great food and service!

One of our friends had trouble with the air conditioning in their room, which was a bummer considering how hot it was during our stay. It didn't get resolved while we were there.

During our stay, the Royal Wellness Suite with Balcony was incredible, providing a spacious retreat after exploring nearby attractions within a short walking distance. The friendly staff were always ready to assist, helping us secure taxis in just a few minutes. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and dining on fresh local fish was a standout. However, the front desk's inflexibility regarding our early departure was disappointing, and room cleaning did not meet our timing needs, which detracted from our experience.
