Staying at the W Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience. the stylish and modern room was well equipped and had a fabulous vibe. the personnel were extremely efficient and friendly, making us feel very welcomed. the location was perfect for our plans, right in the heart of Leicester Square. A special shoutout to Andrea for arranging champagne and a celebration cake for my boyfriend's 30th birthday, it was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture.

We also had the opportunity to attend a fun dance party during London Fashion week. The personal note and mementos left in our room made our last night extra special. we had a fantastic weekend away with great amenities and a superb location in the heart of the city.
