We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and personalized welcome at the door. The staff went out of their way to offer advice and recommendations for our stay. The room was modern and the iPad controls added a special touch. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and the smoothies made by the staff were delicious. We also had the opportunity to attend a fun dance party during London Fashion week. The personal note and mementos left in our room made our last night extra special. we had a fantastic weekend away with great amenities and a superb location in the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
