The South Coast offers a charming location for this hotel with its friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the dining area served up a delicious breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices to satisfy everyone's taste buds. the bar had a great selection of beers to enjoy and a lovely beer garden for relaxation. the overall experience was top-notch.

The decor in the hotel could use a bit of a refresh for the price we paid, but it didn't hinder our overall stay. Adding some background music during meals could enhance the atmosphere and make dining even more enjoyable.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived to the dining area at breakfast. We were a group of cyclists and the manager kindly allowed us to store our bikes safely in the bar area overnight. the bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a neat and tidy bathroom. I loved the large balcony just outside our door, which offered a lovely view of the garden. the bar had a fantastic selection of beers on tap and the breakfast choices were excellent in terms of both variety and quality. it was a delightful stay at Arms.

Cons: Bit of a noisy spot due to the old building vibes, those church bells felt like a late-night serenade. the charm of Waddington, comfy rooms, and delightful food make up for it. The staff at this place were absolutely amazing - so friendly and helpful! Our room was very pleasant, neat and tidy with a spacious bathroom. The choice of teas and coffees was excellent. The bed was really comfortable and firm. Plus, we had access to a large balcony just outside our door with chairs and tables to enjoy the view over the lovely garden. We were also pleasantly surprised by the outdoor space for food and drinks. The breakfast was spot on and delicious. The location was perfect for attending a family wedding nearby. a mind-blowing stay with impressive amenities like free wi-fi, free parking, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, restaurant.
