We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful coastline and a few hundred meters from a charming castle. The bar-restaurant next door, which is part of the hotel, had delicious food and a great atmosphere. Our room, the Onyx Room, was spacious and luxurious, with a bathroom that could fit a small convention! The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. We also enjoyed the convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby.

We felt very welcome and had no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at Walter's Place in Carrickfergus for five nights and it was the perfect cozy and quiet B&B. The staff at Ownies Bar, where you check-in and have breakfast, were warm and inviting. The Koi Carp room was beautifully decorated with a spacious bathroom and amenities like a fridge and Netflix. The breakfast options were delicious and we even had a superb evening meal at Ownies. The location is great, with easy access to the train station and the high street with its bars and restaurants.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The service is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast is generous and delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.
