The beautiful building and surrounding grounds were fantastic. The breakfast and meals in the restaurant were excellent. Our room was lovely with great extras like a quality coffee machine and luxury toiletries. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help.

The hotel is situated on the flight path to Heathrow, which can lead to some noise disturbance from overhead planes.

Lovely, relaxing stay in a beautiful, welcoming Country House. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The breakfast menu offered a great variety and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also fantastic, close to Richmond Park and within walking distance of Kingston.

The shower screen in our room needed fixing and the bathroom could have been more user-friendly. Additionally, we encountered some noise from the staff entrance below our room, which was a bit disruptive.

The hotel is beautifully maintained with stunning interiors and lovely gardens. It is located in a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies on morning reception. The bar staff were very helpful and the waiting staff in the restaurant were pleasant. Ample parking is available at this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful surroundings. We also loved the charming and historic look of the hotel, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that we were not entirely satisfied with during our Xmas stay. the breakfast was a letdown on two days when it was self-service and the food was cold.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful room with lovely views over the garden. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant served us a delicious meal and the fresh milk in the fridge for our morning coffee was a thoughtful touch. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel made our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing.

The noise from a wedding on the second night distracted from the tranquility of the hotel.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and champagne in our well-decorated room. the location was ideal, just a short walk from both the city center and the picturesque park. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of tasty options to choose from, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Our nights were disturbed by the noise from other guests, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the walls were quite thin, and we could hear people talking and doors slamming late into the night.

warren house exceeded my expectations with its lovely gardens, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. it had real character and was not overpriced for the area. excellent breakfast included too. definitely coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautiful house and grounds provided a peaceful and picturesque setting. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. We were even offered a free room upgrade and the use of the kitchen fridge for our birthday cake. The in-room fridge with Brita filtered water was a nice touch. The hotel's location is fabulous, offering a tranquil oasis away from the bustling city. We enjoyed exploring this city and taking advantage of the nearby transportation options, including a convenient bus stop just a short walk away. the cleanliness, comfort, and helpfulness of the staff were top-notch.
