I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a lovely duvet. It was a simple overnight stop, but at a fantastic price of £44, including breakfast. The hotel was clean and comfortable, just like my previous visits. The car parking was great, with a convenient 100-yard walk from the second-floor car park to the reception. The hotel's location was also excellent, offering a beautiful view of the new dockland development. It was also conveniently located near the new V&A museum and provided easy access to public transport links.

had a relaxing stay for a couple of nights in dundee. holiday inn express exceeded expectations again - friendly staff, clean room, and great breakfast. close to shops and attractions, will definitely be back!

Noisy at times from outside traffic.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the city and seemingly near all the attractions in Dundee. We enjoyed the view over the bridge from our room, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, including the one with disability access for our little girl's travel cot, had very fair space. The breakfast included in the rate had a nice assortment, especially for vegans, and it was at a good rate.

Fantastic weekend getaway! the comfy beds gave us a great night's sleep, and the yummy breakfast fueled our day. We appreciated having extra tea, coffee, and milk at all times. the location was perfect as we could get around easily, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

It was a little chilly in the room on arrival, and the heater seemed to work better at one end of the room. It would have been nice to have a biscuit to go with the tea and coffee provided in the room.

It's perfect for exploring Dundee as it is right in the city center and you can walk to every attraction. The rooms have all the necessary facilities, with a wonderful view from the window of the Tay bridge. The breakfast is also a highlight, with a nice assortment of options and great views over the Tay.
