I was delighted to have found such a great place in such a good location for local exploring or holidaying on the beach. It was not far from the beach and within walking distance. The hotel was situated by the canal, offering lovely views of the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, giving me the energy I needed for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had great off-street parking, which was a convenient bonus.

One major drawback during my time at this guesthouse was the poor water pressure in the shower. It made for a less than satisfying showering experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a guesthouse in Dymchurch. The room I had offered a wonderful view of the fields and a railway line, which was quite a unique sight. The room also overlooked a beautiful patio with a fish pond, where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a cozy and stylish design. The en-suite bathroom, though small, was modern and comfortable with a good shower and hot water. I had a peaceful night's sleep and enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and it was clear that they put a lot of effort into making the guesthouse a great place to stay.

We absolutely loved staying at the guesthouse again. This was our second stay, as we were around for a wedding at Port Lympne just 10 mins away. Debra is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are immaculate and have the comfiest beds, there's even some shower/bath essentials in the room in case you forget yours. There's a kettle and hot drink supplies in the room and fresh bottled water, clean towels etc. Breakfast is delicious and not too early either. The view out the back is gorgeous and you can see the local steam train pass by very often too. a very relaxed and comfortable stay and we hope to go back again one day!

Great location for exploring Hythe and New Romney, with beautiful views of the marshes. Peaceful and quiet despite being on a busy road. Immaculate presentation, generous breakfasts, and a helpful and friendly owner. Lovely extra touches like drinks in the fridge. Definitely a place I would stay at again.
