I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous 4-star hotel and I must say, I was highly impressed. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds and breathtaking views in every direction. The grand building itself was a sight to behold, oozing with traditional features and antique furniture. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. But what truly stood out to me was the level of service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and high-quality food.

Although this hotel is not perfect, the few drawbacks were easily overshadowed by its many positive aspects. The property itself could use a bit of updating in certain areas, as some parts appeared tired and lacked cleanliness.

The best fish and chips I've ever had! The service was friendly and the staff were incredibly helpful. I also enjoyed the delicious Cumberland sausage on the specials board. I can't wait to come back!

New Year's at this hotel was a blast! the location was amazing - nestled among beautiful scenery, with panoramic views of the lake. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the food was also top-notch, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was freshly made to order.

There were a few issues that dampened our experience. the room could have been cleaner - there were a few minor details that were overlooked, such as stains on the mattress.

The value for money at Waterton Park was exceptional, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was absolutely romantic with stunning views. The staff were polite, professional, and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The food at the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast spread was fantastic. we felt relaxed and pampered during our stay and wished we could have extended it.

Celebrating the new year in this stunning venue was amazing! the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. the food was delicious and the decor was beautiful with large, comfortable rooms and a picturesque view. the free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi were also a plus.

Although we enjoyed the stay and the overall experience was great, the spa services were a bit disappointing. the sauna could have been hotter, and the towels and robes were slightly worn.
