The location was perfect for those travelling by car, with easy access to Gatwick airport and a short drive to Westciti. The staff were accommodating and the lounge was comfortable to wait in. The rooms had a fully functional kitchenette, allowing guests to cook their own meals. The breakfast was available all day, and though basic, it provided all the necessities. the facilities were outstanding, providing a home away from home experience.

Felt like it was a home away from home, no complaints at all.

Despite the cold temperatures, my partner and I found the communal kitchen and utility room to be a great place to socialize with other guests, both locals and tourists. the front door was very secure, making us feel safe and sound at all times. the location was close to some good restaurants, and we particularly enjoyed the modern décor of our apartment.

Our New Year experience was ruined by the apartment’s poor temperature regulation. Although we were informed that the rooms were heated centrally, the lack of individual heating meant we had to share the thermostat with another guest.
