Just got back from a 2 night stay at Westlea Guest House. Janice and the staff were lovely and helpful, giving us great suggestions for places to eat. Our annex room had a fridge, table, and a TV with Netflix and iPlayer. The breakfast was delicious and the morning staff were friendly. The hotel had a cozy feel and a great view of the river and countryside from our mini balcony. Short walk to the main street and beach. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from my room was amazing, with a great balcony to enjoy it from. It was just a short walk to the glorious beach, perfect for some relaxing time by the sea. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean cabin at the back of the property. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of freshly cooked hot food to choose from. The staff, especially Susan the waitress, were extremely welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. the hotel's location near the beach and its beautiful setting were the icing on the cake!

The location was excellent with rooms that have balconies overlooking the bay. Resident parking was also available, which is uncommon in the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in our trip.

The location was lovely, right by the beach and away from the main road. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and couldn't do enough for their guests. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed, and the private bathroom was clean and had a nice deep bath with a shower over. The breakfast provided was second to none, with a choice of full English, kippers, or haddock with eggs cooked to order. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, delicious breakfast, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The value for money at this B&B was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had modern decor and a large TV. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and local amenities.
