The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a good breakfast selection. The room had a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was close to several restaurants and shops, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary mince pies and mulled wine that were offered in the lobby. the hotel's location was great as it was conveniently located near the train station and local shops. We also liked the cozy atmosphere of the hotel's lounge area.

Our room was quite chilly despite the two radiators in the room. there was an issue with the remote control and previous guests leaving behind trash in the room.

The bed was comfortable, bathroom had a nice bath tub, clean room, convenient location near train station, pleasant walk to the center.

I recently stayed at Sure Hotel Collection in Chester for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. As someone with hotel experience, I truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining high cleanliness standards. The breakfast provided was lovely, with ample amounts of tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was extremely convenient, being right by the train station.

We had a quick check-in with friendly staff. This hotel's fantastic location is just a minute walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the city centre. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff were all top-notch.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to the train station which was very handy for my rail travel. It was also in a great area close to the town centre, so everything was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and the bed was small but comfy. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, and I especially liked the included orange juice. it was a pleasant stay at this hotel, offering good value for money.

As young people, we loved the convenient location right across from the train station and a short 15-minute walk to the town center. The car park next door was reasonably priced and made it easy for us to explore the area. The staff, especially in the breakfast room, were amazing, friendly, and provided excellent service. Although parking was not available onsite, the nearby parking options were convenient. The breakfast, although not included in my package, was reasonably priced and offered delicious food.
