I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel is situated close to two tube stations and a bus stop, making it convenient to explore the city. The Crystal Palace gardens were just across the road, providing a beautiful and relaxing space to unwind.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is excellent, being very close to Crystal Palace station and directly opposite the bus station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and my room had a large comfortable bed with great views. The shower in the spacious bathroom was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities were all provided, and the rates were very reasonable. Additionally, breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the triangle, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs, including the one downstairs. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. With a variety of breakfast options available, guests can start their day off on the right foot. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always providing excellent service. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are fantastic.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, with limited options available nearby.

Although we didn't eat at the hotel, the food we saw being served looked good. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We loved our romantic getaway! the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. the location was very convenient as it was close to public transportation and had a beautiful park nearby. the best aspect was definitely the modern and clean shower room. It was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the area.

The road noise from the room was quite loud due to its location. It was hard to sleep with the noise, but thankfully, the blackout blinds helped.

The room was on the top floor with a comfortable double bed. Provided tea/coffee facilities and had a superb shower. Cleaned and serviced daily. Convenient location for visiting family. Enjoyed the breakfast.

The location was perfect for my weekend getaway. It was close to train stations and there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. the hotel had a lovely outdoor eating area and a function room that was utilized as a work center during the day and overflow at night. the rooms were spacious and well-renovated, with great views. the daily cleaning and change of towels were much appreciated.

The lack of a mirror in the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient. the rooms facing the busy street were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep in.

The hotel was clean, with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Close to Selhurst Park and in the center of Crystal Palace, it was also conveniently located next to the park. In an area lacking good quality hotels, this was a standout choice. The breakfast was satisfying and transportation options were easily accessible.
