The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach, providing easy access to the sea and beautiful walks along the Undercliff Walk. The staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and some even offer sea views. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

The lighting in the hotel, particularly in the rooms and restaurant, could be improved, as it was dim and made it difficult to read menus and see clearly.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel right on the beach in Rottingdean, facing the coast. The location, situated on a fairly busy crossroads, was convenient for exploring the area and offered beautiful views of the seaside. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, with a lovely view from the window overlooking the surroundings. I especially appreciated the interesting bed design, adding a unique touch to the room. The en-suite bathroom was clean and functional, providing everything I needed. The included breakfast, prepared by the chef, was delicious, offering a good selection of food to start the day off right.

Stayed at a hotel in Brighton for Easter. Loved the fact that the hotel was located right by the sea, perfect for long walks on the beach. the bus stop right outside was super convenient for getting around. the breakfast service was excellent, with a senior waitress who was so helpful and gave great service.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable, made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room had no external windows, just two opaque ones facing walls with bird droppings.

We had a great New Year's stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right by the seafront with stunning views. We enjoyed taking walks along the beach and exploring the nearby historical sites. the room and en suite were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the room was on the smaller side and lacked proper lighting.

During our stay at the White Horse Hotel By Greene King Inns, we were delighted with the excellent location right on the seafront. The views from the comfortable balcony were splendid and truly added to our experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. We also appreciated the good food that was served in the hotel's restaurant. Plus, the use of PPE and adherence to government regulations made us feel safe and secure. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to others.

Although our room was nice and tidy, we did miss having a view as our window was frosted glass. Additionally, there were no lounge areas other than the busy bar, which made it difficult to find a comfortable place to relax after dinner.

The breakfast included in the stay was buffet style with a hot food choice from the menu. The hotel's beachfront location allowed me to see the sea from the restaurant.
