We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was fantastic, very close to the Shakespeare Birthplace and it made it easy for us to walk almost everywhere. The rooms and hotel were very clean and friendly, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. The service, housekeeping, and welcome drink were all top-notch. The room amenities, like the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar, were all so convenient. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were amazing, and both the breakfast and evening meal were cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome. The garden furniture was a nice touch, and the hotel provided a map with information on the options available in the area. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The only downside was that all the hotel fans were knocked off at 11.00. Additionally, the staff appeared unaware of the need to collect dirty plates and tables were left in a mess as staff walked past empty handed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our bedroom was fantastic, with a super comfortable king-size bed and a stunning copper bath. We loved the blend of traditional features and modern amenities, creating a unique and memorable experience. The central location was also a major plus, with shops, restaurants, and pubs just a few minutes away. we had everything we needed to celebrate our wedding anniversary in style.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The room was spotless and the bathroom was to die for with its roll-top bath. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the smoked salmon and eggs were fantastic. The staff were so helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests. We had a delightful weekend in perfect surroundings! The olde world building coupled with friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home. Our comfortable room was clean, well maintained and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the lovely restaurant and found excellent value for money. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to everything and there's a parking ramp down the street.

The cost of parking was a downside.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of all central attractions. Close to various restaurants in the historic center. The staff provided excellent service and engaged with guests throughout their stay.

The location in the heart of Stratford added to the overall appeal of the hotel.
