I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issues with my reservation, offering me alternative rooms and a reasonable rate as compensation. Marcus, the night shift supervisor, in particular, provided excellent customer service and a sincere apology.

While my stay at this hotel was generally positive, there were some areas that could use improvement. The hotel itself seemed a little run down, with signs of wear-and-tear in the public areas as well as the rooms.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, including the pool area. Our kids loved the pool and the basketball courts. The staff at the front desk, especially Anthony, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was always hot and delicious. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. we had a great experience and would highly recommend Residence Inn.

This place is amazing! Super clean pool and hot tub, friendly front desk staff, comfy beds, and delicious hot breakfast. The general manager, Steve, and the rest of the staff, especially Anthony, Becky, Inge, Michael, and Cindy, were all 5-star worthy!
