During our stay at Le Petit Chateau, we were impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with little touches like complimentary bottled water and Belgian chocolates that added a touch of luxury. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options and prompt service.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our time here. The beautifully decorated rooms, with their dark colors and little patio, were a lovely touch. The gardens were particularly nice, and we enjoyed exploring the meadow beyond. The fine dining restaurant offered great food, and the complimentary breakfast was simply delicious. We also appreciated the hotel's excellent location for exploring the great outdoors, especially during the winter evenings. The staff worked incredibly hard to make our stay enjoyable, and their hospitality was truly commendable. The hotel facilities, including the sitting rooms, were also top-notch.

I recently stayed at Le Petit Chateau in Otterburn for a wedding and I couldn't have been happier. The staff were fantastic, ensuring everything ran smoothly and they were always happy to help. The room was clean and tidy, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional and the hotel's unique decor added an interesting touch. The beautiful gardens and terrace were a bonus, despite the weather not being ideal. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with directions and suggestions on what to do in the city. the room was spacious and clean.

The noise at night was unbearable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the walls were thin, so you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and corridor.

The lighting in the reception area and room was too dim, making it difficult to navigate.

had an amazing birthday getaway here in otterburn. beautiful rooms, friendly staff , and delicious pub food. we were pampered with l'occitane toiletries and welcomed with prosecco. can't wait to come back!

Great staff, busy but nice. Brilliant food, amazing wedding facilities. Lovely venue/rooms for a wedding party. Clean and large rooms with underfloor heating, comfortable bed, and Netflix. Friendly and polite staff, matching uniforms could enhance professionalism. Good evening food and nice breakfast. Beautiful lit-up garden. 🌺

The rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished, with plenty of space and a lovely bathroom with a rainfall shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the coffee provided in the room was freshly ground and delicious. The location in the stunning countryside was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Had a great time during our New Year getaway! the room we stayed in was small but had a very comfortable bed. the food we had was also delicious. the hotel was easy to find, and the surrounding area was absolutely stunning, especially in the glorious sunshine. It was a perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

the room was quite hot and there was no air conditioning, so we had to open the window. Unfortunately, as the room was on the front side of the property, we could hear every passing car and truck throughout the night, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

the room was elegantly decorated and equipped with high, end facilities like a walk, in shower and Netflix to satisfy our relaxation needs. the staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the food at the restaurant was exquisite, and the garden area added to the overall charm of the venue.
