the location was key for us, as we wanted to be by the sea the whole weekend, and this place was perfect. From our room, we had a stunning view of the sea, as well as the running track and local park. the property manager, Margaret, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even messaging us before our stay to ensure everything was perfect. the room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated with a refreshing vibe. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bed sheets were super soft. We also appreciated the added touches like the kettle, fridge, and plenty of towels, biscuits, and water. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The value for money at Annabelle Rooms was exceptional, with a high-quality, sparkling clean room and a super comfy bed. The location was perfect, with a view of the sea and easy access to the beach. The staff, especially Margaret, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, as we were unable to book a table in the dining room. It would have been nice if an alternative option like in-room tea and toast had been provided.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the affordable rates and value for money at this accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with modern furniture. The family room was perfect for us, providing ample space and multiple beds for our son to choose from. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities, while still being quiet and peaceful. Margaret, the staff member, was extremely helpful and approachable, answering all our questions before and during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel along the seafront. The hotel, Annabelle Rooms, was a true gem amongst the other options in the area. The hoteliers went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant, showing genuine care and assistance throughout our visit. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with our 18-month-old toddler. They even had a high chair and suitable seating arrangements ready for us at breakfast, making our dining experience hassle-free. The room itself exceeded our expectations, with a surprising amount of space for our little one to move around and a cozy seating area for us in the evenings. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and gave us a great start to the day. I would highly recommend Annabelle Rooms to anyone planning a trip to the area. It truly was a wonderful stay.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Great Yarmouth. The first thing we loved about this hotel was its convenient location. Situated in a quiet street close to the city center, it was within easy walking distance of everything. We could easily explore the shops, restaurants, and attractions without the need for a car. Moreover, the hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance of the seafront, allowing us to enjoy lovely views of the coast.

Nothing could be improved, everything was perfect.
