I was initially given the wrong rooms upon arrival, but the staff at Willows, Blackburn quickly rectified the situation and moved us to the correct rooms. Despite the mistake, the staff were very apologetic and attentive to our needs. The rooms at the hotel were clean and spacious, with plenty of towels provided. The food at the adjoining restaurant was also delicious, and the breakfast was definitely worth getting up for. The location of the hotel next to the motorway and with amenities nearby was perfect for our needs. I had a very pleasant stay at Willows, Blackburn and would definitely recommend it to others.

I stayed at this place recently and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a great shower that actually worked. The staff, especially Karen, Beccy, and the evening girl whose name I don't know, were all amazing. They made me feel welcome and were always helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and they even accommodated my dietary restrictions without any hesitation. The fried egg I had was perfectly cooked - soft and runny just the way I like it. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to my family.

The breakfast was cooked well and there was a good selection to choose from. the staff was nice and friendly, which made the stay more enjoyable. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to attractions and shops.

From check-in to check-out, my stay at Willows was absolutely fabulous! The receptionist, Karen, was exceptionally friendly and even helped me with taxi numbers, despite it being the end of her shift. The pub/restaurant on-site offered excellent food and drinks, which I enjoyed straight away. The room was impeccably clean, with extra fluffy towels and a great bathroom. The location just outside Blackburn centre was perfect, as I have struggled to find a decent place to stay in the past. I will definitely be returning to Willows in the future.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even after a busy day of events. the location was very convenient, being just a minute away from the M65. the room I stayed in was in a separate building, so it was quiet and comfortable.

The reception area was in the bar, which made check-in a bit slow. the breakfast options were a bit disappointing, especially the instant coffee.

During my recent stay at the Willows in Blackburn, I had a great experience. The room was sparkling clean and spacious, with thoughtful touches like bottled water and tea/coffee facilities. The highlight of my stay was the delicious steak I had at the grill restaurant. It was one of the best steaks I've ever tasted, and the price was reasonable. The staff, especially the manager Dan, were extremely friendly and welcoming. The vegetarian breakfast was also delicious, and my daughters were able to enjoy it at a discounted price. I had a fantastic 5-night stay and I will definitely be returning when I come back to Blackburn. The Willows does a fantastic job!
