The accommodating host provided helpful tips and the cleanliness was top-notch. A minor TV issue was easily resolvable with host communication. Although the room had strict rules and limitations, it didn't overshadow the overall great stay.

I always return here for trips. the first stay, the staff guided me on getting a taxi. It’s my perfect fit with Wi-Fi, Handicap parking, Flat-screen TV, Electric kettle. No pets or smoking here, which I love.

The host was incredibly welcoming upon our arrival, and the room on the top floor was perfect. the bed was extremely comfortable, and we woke up feeling well-rested for the first time in ages. There was plenty of storage space for our belongings, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that towels were provided. the en suite was clean and spacious, and we loved the skylight that allowed for fresh air. the location was fantastic, with local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants just a 3-minute walk away. We also enjoyed a leisurely 20-minute stroll into Windermere town. it was a pleasant and relaxing trip.

Great place to stay during Christmas! The room was very cozy and nicely laid out, with a little TV for some chill entertainment. The teas and coffees provided were a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short 5/10 minute walk from the train station and close to cute shops and cafes. It was also a peaceful 15/20 minute stroll to the lake, or there's a bus stop nearby if you prefer. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Could have done with breakfast, or at least clear signage stating that there's no breakfast available. The website and signage in the rooms indicated that breakfast was provided, so we woke up early and got disappointed when we found out there wasn't any.
