The afternoon tea experience at the hotel was excellent. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our celebration special. the table was beautifully decorated for our occasion and the cakes and sandwiches were delicious. We were also impressed with the sunny patio where we could continue our get-together. the hotel's attention to detail and customer service were definitely key aspects that stood out.

some staff members lacked good customer service skills and the availability of food was limited, causing inconvenience for those with time constraints.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being conveniently very close to Bristol Airport. The room itself was comfortable enough for a one-night stay. The promise of free WiFi was not fulfilled, as I was unable to join the network in my room.

Breakfast was good, wifi worked well, and despite being above the entrance, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. the hotel is perfect for those arriving by car.
