We appreciated the peaceful garden area where we could relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings. the location is convenient, within walking distance of Oakham town centre.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Some areas had spiders, cobwebs, and dust, and we were offered used slippers from previous guests, which was not appealing.
