On a positive note, the location of the hotel in the center of the village was convenient, with plenty of parking available. The secluded garden provided a peaceful atmosphere, and the supermarket nearby was convenient for any needs. The hotel itself exuded a quintessential English pub charm, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. While my room may have left much to be desired, the comfortable bed and cleanliness of the accommodations were notable.

The room I stayed in was cramped and uncomfortable, with a low ceiling and sloping roofs that made it impossible to stand up straight. The shower was also inconveniently placed, forcing me to constantly duck and bump my head.

The value for money was excellent, and having a bar with a top-notch restaurant right in the hotel was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a good hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of options to choose from.
