The hotel offered a range of gadgets and tech, including a big smart TV with plenty of channels and blackout blinds that could be controlled by a button. The variety of light settings created a pleasant ambiance in the room. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure, providing a refreshing experience. The staff were friendly and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provided daily toiletries and fresh towels, as well as tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The complimentary cheese and wine served every evening was a delightful surprise.

Just returned from a delightful stay at The Z Hotel in Bath. The location couldn't be better, with all the major sights and a wide range of restaurants just steps away. The complimentary wine and cheese each evening added a special touch to our visit. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The modern and posh interior of the hotel, along with the convenient electronic features in the room, like the bedside buttons for the blinds and lights, made our stay truly enjoyable. Plus, the large, colorful mugs provided in the room added a cozy touch on chilly autumn nights. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we ever return to Bath.

The value for money at The Z Hotel was outstanding, and the room had a clean, modern look with excellent bathroom facilities. The location in the middle of the old town was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore Bath on foot. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast menu could benefit from some additional options to enhance the overall experience.

The bathroom was totally modern with a sleek wall-hung basin and a fantastic walk-in rain shower. As a party person, I loved the luxurious feel and the cool design.

I personally missed having a bathtub, but that's just my preference.

It’s near all the attractions and everything you need within the city centre, making it a convenient location for travellers. The modern and efficient room design, along with the big screen, provides comfort and entertainment to guests.

The housekeeping service isn’t that great as beddings weren’t changed, but just turned around to look clean.

The dining bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax, and the free Wi-Fi in public areas was very convenient.
