We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for shopping. The staff was attentive and even went above and beyond during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The food and service were outstanding, and our kids absolutely loved the kids club. Despite a few small drawbacks like finding a taxi and congestion on Sukhumvit road, we highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back. we had a fantastic experience.

The only minor issue I faced during my stay here was that the pillow was not as comfortable as I would have liked.
