Stunning room, exceptional service. the room was beautifully decorated with a king bed and a flat-screen TV, and the breakfast offered extensive options each morning, satisfying our every craving before we explored the nearby upscale shopping mall in just a few minutes’ walk.

Everything was exemplary.

kempinski was a great spot! the location is super convenient, close to street markets and malls. the breakfast had a fantastic variety, catering to many tastes. the staff were always friendly and helpful, especially at the breakfast spread, where they made my mornings special with little personal touches.

Excellent amenities and a beautiful pool area.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. We faced issues with sunbed availability and the staff seemed too rigid to accommodate our requests. On top of that, the offerings for our anniversary celebration felt lackluster compared to what other hotels provide. The hotel needs to improve in terms of flexibility and guest recognition.

The service and staff were exceptional, friendly, and interactive, making dining at the NICHE restaurant a highlight of our stay.

The Garden Suite I stayed in was on a low floor and overlooked the pool, which made it less quiet than I had hoped.

The breakfast was fantastic, offering an extensive selection and attentive support from staff. We enjoyed a beautifully decorated anniversary room with thoughtful touches like a cake and roses, making our stay truly special.

Finding a taxi can be tricky at times, but the Executive lounge's afternoon tea and lovely room made it worthwhile!

Chur, bro! Heaps of amenities and fantastic staff, but man, the breakfast queues were way too long. Still, the kids’ club is a sweet spot for families!

During my stay, the breakfast venue had a standout selection. I loved that I could choose between a la carte options and a buffet. The team was attentive, and I enjoyed my coffee while planning the day ahead. The kids' club truly made our experience memorable. my daughter had fun with the staff, especially Miss Naan, who knew how to keep her engaged. The location also allowed easy access to nearby shops, perfect for someone who enjoys exploring new places.

This place was just an optimal selection for a quick trip in Bangkok with very good value for money. The arrival was smooth, and they had a lovely harp player in the lobby that added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Make sure to check out the breakfast, as it has plenty of delicious options.

Spacious room, exceptional service, with a gorgeous pool view from the balcony and delightful complimentary snacks. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the upscale Siam Paragon mall.

the location is unbeatable. a direct walkway to SIAM PARAGON mall is super convenient. loved the beautiful flowering trees and multiple pools around. such a relaxing spot to unwind with friends!
