The hotel is conveniently located close to both the bus station and the railway station, making it easy to access transportation options. If you have luggage, I would recommend taking a taxi to the bus or tram station. You can even watch old trams go by from the comfort of a taxi. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with thick curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful, and they speak English quite well. The bathroom is of a normal size with a big shower, and there is even a heated floor. The hotel has a good restaurant for dinner and offers an excellent breakfast.

It's a shame that the hotel doesn't accept American Express as a payment method.

The hotel's location was convenient as it was situated close to the bus station and train station. The room was clean and came with good amenities such as thick curtains to block out the morning light. the breakfast provided was decent.

There were several downsides to my stay. the staff were mostly untrained and unprofessional, which led to some unpleasant interactions.
