This hotel is a great option for a weekend getaway with friends. The rooms are very clean and the customer service is amazing. The hotel bar is well stocked and the drinks are cheap. The location is very close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The concierge is very knowledgeable and can help with club reservations. The hotel offers delicious food served almost around the clock.

There have been some instances of missing belongings and confusion at the reception.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the coffee in the lobby in the morning. The gym being open 24 hours was convenient. The hotel is located close to Metro "Palace of the Ukraine," making it easy to access transportation.

Our stay at the hotel was not great. the room was not very clean and there were some issues with the bathroom.
