The room was excellent with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook our own meals. The location was perfect with a stunning city view. The facilities were modern and the reception staff were friendly. We appreciated the in-building shop and the variety of food options available, including sushi and Indian cuisine. The parking was convenient, and the room was warm and comfortable. The TV had kids channels, and the amenities such as washing machine, hairdryer, and dishwasher were greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked with all necessary utensils and dishes. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind during my Christmas stay. the shower in the bathroom was excellent, with great water pressure and a refreshing experience. the hotel is conveniently located close to supermarkets, making it easy to pick up any last-minute Christmas shopping or supplies.

I was expecting to have a balcony room, but unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled. I found it inconvenient to have to use two key cards to access the building, especially as one of them was an electric card.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with several bus stops nearby and a variety of restaurants between the two towers. It was also close to popular city attractions, making it easy to explore. The rooms were beautiful and modern, with nice views from some of them. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service.

The hotel could improve on their communication and customer service, as some guests experienced difficulties during check-in and check-out.

The apartments were very modern and had a great view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, constantly acting annoyed with any requests. The heating system in one of the apartments didn't work, leaving us cold during our stay.

The location of Platinum Residence was superb, with a variety of restaurants right on the street. Additionally, there was a taxi stop right outside the door, making it easy to get around the city. The building itself felt secure and the apartment was well-furnished, with air-conditioning in all three rooms. Each room even had its own TV, and the balcony was a nice feature. As a family with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, it was the perfect accommodation choice.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the intermittent noise from the air conditioner in the sitting room and the limited towel sets initially provided, the reception was helpful in resolving both issues. They promptly sent up more towels and could potentially fix the air conditioner with maintenance.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was impressed by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with all the amenities I needed, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

The apartment we stayed in during New Year's Eve had a breathtaking panoramic view and a warm, homely vibe. It was conveniently located near a small mall with a grocery store and several restaurants, making it easy to grab a quick meal or supplies. we were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities, which made our stay much more comfortable.

There were a couple of areas that could use some improvement. the cost of the internet was a bit steep and we had trouble getting the TV to work properly.
